This exhibition THE END OF THE LINE is the final set of works to be presented in Patrick Boyd's TFL series.

Boyd has been working on his series of TFL themed lenticular artworks for approximately two years. With a playful and light-hearted approach Patrick has taken us on a journey through London's iconic tube map, pausing to observe his unique take on the various station stops.

 

Quirky in nature, the images glow with iridescence, appearing as if backlit due to the holographic medium's magnifying nature, the quality of the photography is exceptional. Each tiny person or character is handmade by the artist and then placed on a TFL tube map, then the artist wittily tells the story, visually narrating his entertaining take on the station with the help of his tiny characters. The bold colours combined with Boyd's warm sense of humour bring joy to the viewer regardless of age.

A joyful set of works when hung individually or as a set, each print belongs to an edition of nine, measuring 60cm x 60cm inside an elegant black wooden frame with a non-reflective glass front.
