Alicia Rowbotham is a multidisciplinary textile designer, researcher and artist based in London, with a focus on artisanal luxury textiles and objects for contemporary interiors. With a First-class honours degree from Central Saint Martins and a Clothworkers Company award at Cockpit, Alicia went on to start her bespoke design studio in 2020, working exclusively with private clients for the interior design industry. Her latest works all feature surplus factory silk, brushed and threaded into striped compositions through a process of yarn wrapping.

Alicia Rowbotham studio collections combine established and traditional textile techniques with contemporary colour ways and geometries, such as hand weaving, passementerie and embroidery, as well as leather and metal work. She has become an established name in contemporary design for bespoke works, as seen in Elle Decoration, Collect International Art Fair, Crafts magazine, and Forbes. Alicia has been commended for her material innovation within her practice. She is also the founder of Flock London, which hosts bespoke creative workshops and curated events from leading artists in beautiful locations.
